There is zero sign-up fee! To ensure you see the compounding benefits of consistent clinical skincare and routine waxing, we do require a minimum commitment of 6 consecutive months when you join. After your initial 6 months, your membership automatically transitions to a convenient month-to-month basis.

Depending on the tier you choose, your monthly membership covers either your custom maintenance facials or your routine waxing sessions. Because we believe in personalized care, your aesthetician will tailor each monthly treatment to your skin's current needs. Specialty add-ons outside your base plan can easily be added to your session at your special member discount.

To help you stay consistent with your skin goals and ensure optimal booking availability for everyone, monthly services do not roll over to the next month and cannot be accumulated. Think of it as a dedicated appointment you carve out for yourself each month. If your schedule gets hectic, we highly recommend gifting your service to a friend or family member so it doesn't go to waste!

Yes! While your member discounts on additional services and retail products are exclusive to you, you are welcome to gift your core monthly service to a loved one once per quarter. Just call the clinic in advance so we can update the scheduling notes for your guest.

Because prime afternoon and weekend time slots fill up quickly, we strongly recommend pre-booking your appointments 2 to 3 sessions in advance.
