Our pricing has been thoughtfully developed to reflect the high level of clinical expertise we provide and to cover the essential expenses of operating a modern, specialized clinic.

Transparent Care & Reimbursement

For our medical and women’s health services, patients with commercial insurance may request a superbill to submit to their carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

For your convenience, all laboratory services can be billed directly to your insurance provider, or you may choose from our affordable out-of-pocket options.

Please note that all aesthetic services and skincare products are direct-pay and are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.

Living Well Cancellation, No-Show, and Late-Show Policy

We value your time and our providers' time. When you book an appointment, that time is set aside exclusively for you. To ensure the highest level of service for all our guests, we adhere to the following policies.

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling

    48-Hour Notice: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

    Cancellation Fee: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee of 75% of the service will be charged to the credit card on file.

  • No-Show Policy

    Failure to Attend: Patients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notification will be considered a "No-Show."

    No-Show Fee: A $100 no-show fee will be automatically charged.

  • Late Arrivals

    We allow a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive later than this, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying other guests.

    If we must reschedule due to a late arrival, it will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the fee mentioned above.

  • Required Agreement

    A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments.

    By booking an appointment, you authorize Living Well Health & Aesthetics to charge your card for the fees outlined above in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
